As a society we have started to accept illness as being natural, and that's where many folks unknowingly put up with unsuitable conditions under the guise of "normalcy". Because something is widespread, does not make it natural or ordinary. I suspect all parts work in partnership to make us full, and that each aspect without delay is affecting the others. When poisons are taken into the body ; it must work overtime to rid itself of these poisons. The ensuing fatigue may affect the capability to think clearly and concentrate, or cause depression or bad temper. The base factors aren't often considered. Doctors frequently prohibit or eliminate coffee to help manage the unpleasant churning in their patient's stomachs. Is their cherished "morning coffee" worth the hours of stomach pain or discomfort? Are they able to endure the agony ( so they can have their coffee ) or should they consume another round of stomach acid changing drugs? What's a coffee lover with a delicate stomach supposed to do? With one out of 5 coffee drinkers in the USA affected by stomach upset, another option has ultimately become available. The way to enjoy their coffee everyday while stopping the inescapable stomach upset and avoiding acid reducing drugs? It's now feasible to enjoy coffee during the day, discomfort free, and interrupting the digestion process. On learning this, I started to incorporate plenty more alkaline-based foods into my diet. I started drinking acceptable amounts of water, enabling my body to clean more poisons thru the kidneys. Enabling myself was maybe the best drugs of all. Doctors don't tell us a lot of these things, because it isn't part of the "normal" treatment plan. It also has its limitations based totally on the judgments of insurance firms and what they deem as satisfactory treatments.
